I saw this for the first time on a Dr.Demento wacky video countdown for MTV. Alongside this were Fred Schneider, They Might Be Giants, Wall of Voodoo and others that don't seem so wacky now. I wish they still played stuff like this too, even MTV2 has gone wack; marathons of Pimp My Ride and pure hip hop vids..
